• Product Descriptions and Pricing: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for Chitale Bandhu products on our website. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Order Process: Orders for Chitale Bandhu products can be placed directly through our website or the StrideQ platform. Using StrideQ, you can purchase both Chitale Bandhu products and Annapoorna restaurant menu items simultaneously. For preordering or purchasing only Chitale Bandhu products, please visit the shop page on our website.
• Payment Methods: Payments for eCommerce purchases are processed through Stripe.
• Pickup-Only Option: Chitale Bandhu products are available for pickup only. No delivery options are provided for these products.
• Product Availability: All products are available while supplies last. If a product is out of stock, we will provide an estimated restocking time on our website.
• Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for online orders of Chitale Bandhu products. All sales are final.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup orders are available through StrideQ, where you can buy both Chitale Bandhu products and Annapoorna restaurant menu items. Home delivery is facilitated through Uber Eats, DoorDash, and GrubHub. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by these third-party delivery services.
